    We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time prior to shipment.

    Special delivery services, including white glove or inside delivery, are optional and non-refundable once scheduled.

    Rodeo Wellness does not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

      All sales are final once an order has been placed and confirmed.

      Due to the nature of our products and freight logistics, Rodeo Wellness does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, change of mind, or personal preference.

      Returns are permitted only in cases of verified shipping damage or manufacturing defect. In such cases, Rodeo Wellness will work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution; however, product returns are not accepted due to the high cost of freight shipping.

      Rodeo Sauna Return Policy, The Details You Should Know

      To be eligible for a remedy due to damage or defect, customers must meet ALL of the following conditions:

      • The purchase must have been made directly from RodeoWellness.com.
      • The product must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
      • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
      • Rodeo Wellness must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
      • Photo or video evidence of the damage must be provided.

      Failure to meet these requirements voids eligibility for any remedy.

      If a valid claim is approved, Rodeo Wellness will determine the resolution at its sole discretion, which may include:

      • Replacement parts
      • Repair
      • Replacement unit

      Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.

      Shipping fees, delivery fees, and special service charges are non-refundable.

      If Rodeo Wellness authorizes a return due to verified damage or defect:

      • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before any product is returned.
      • Products must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.
      • The customer must follow Rodeo Wellness return instructions exactly.
      • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
      • Any product returned without an RMA will be rejected.

      Rodeo Wellness is not responsible for damage occurring during unauthorized or improperly packaged return shipments.
